These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the crekcex platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, payment facilities, and account features available to players in Bangladesh. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.

01 Acceptance of Terms

03 Account Registration & Security

Registration Requirements
During the registration process, players are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including their full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
Account Security

- Use a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service.

- Log out of your account at the end of every session, especially on shared or public devices.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on crekcex are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The platform does not support foreign currency deposits or withdrawals. Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider if they attempt to fund their account from a non-BDT source.

Withdrawal Conditions

- Standard withdrawal processing time is 1 to 4 hours for bKash and Nagad during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time).

General Bonus Rules
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a "playthrough requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated in each promotion's terms.
- Minimum Odds (Sports Betting): Where a bonus applies to sports bets, qualifying bets must typically meet a minimum odds requirement (e.g., odds of 1.50 or higher). Bets placed on markets below the minimum odds do not contribute toward wagering requirements.

crekcex may, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion before its modification retain the right to complete wagering under the original terms as documented at the time of opt-in.
06 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using crekcex, you agree to act in good faith and to comply with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:
- Multi-Accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one crekcex account.
- Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes, unauthorised chargebacks, or deliberately providing false payment information.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to fix outcomes, share hole cards, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer game formats.
- Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any form of automated software to place bets, spin reels, or interact with the platform in a way not intended for human play.
- Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to gain an advantage. Any winnings accrued through such exploitation will be voided.
- Money Laundering: Using crekcex as a mechanism for laundering funds derived from illegal activity. crekcex is obligated to report suspicious transaction patterns to the appropriate authorities.
- Impersonation: Misrepresenting your identity or impersonating another person during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward crekcex staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.
07 Game Rules & Fairness

Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a game round or bet settlement, crekcex will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs and settle the round according to the actual outcome. If reconstruction is not possible, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account balance. No compensation beyond stake return is payable in such circumstances.
08 Account Suspension & Closure
crekcex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy applies — see below).
- A court order or regulatory instruction requiring the account to be suspended.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily — for any reason, including responsible gaming concerns — may do so at any time by contacting the crekcex support team at support@crekcex. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Dormant Account Policy
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. crekcex will notify the account holder at the registered email address before applying dormant account procedures. A dormant account administration fee, as specified in the platform's fee schedule at the time, may be deducted from the dormant balance on a monthly basis until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.
09 Limitation of Liability
crekcex provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous uptime, accurate odds, and reliable payment processing, crekcex does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, delays, or interruptions.

- The content, accuracy, or availability of third-party game software provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, or any other third-party provider.
- Delays in payment processing caused by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, or any other payment intermediary.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits crekcex's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10 Amendments to These Terms
crekcex reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, crekcex will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via:

Changes that are required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation may take effect immediately without advance notice. If a player does not accept the revised Terms, they must cease using the platform and contact support@crekcex to arrange the return of any withdrawable balance and the permanent closure of their account.
